The Manta
Oh my gosh! I was in Sea world! I was in San Diego, a very hot place. I was with my cousins, Maggie, Evelyn, and Finley, and my brother, Caden, and my parents at Sea world. We had just arrived at Sea world a little while ago, and had already gone on some rides. "Let's go on the Manta," suggested Mom. "Um, what's that?" I asked. "I'm not sure. But i know it is a roller coster. But, even though you haven't ever been on one, Laina, i am sure you'll like it," Mom said. I decided to go, and all of us headed toward the Manta. It took a while, because Sea world is so big, but we found it. "Daddy, I'm not so sure i want to do this," I said nervously. "Oh, come on, it'll be fun," dad said. "All right." I pull dad up the way to the Manta. We go on. I sit next to dad, and took of my foot-flops off and sat on them for safety of them flying off. I sat in a seat, quivering. I held dad's hand tightly. A person came around and put down our harnesses. "We are going to go," a voice said out of a speaker. We slowly moved. Then we moved faster. "Be ready, there might be a drop," dad said. Oh, no, I thought. We went faster. Then we went really fast, and started the ride. Oh my god...why did i ever do this? I think. There was no drop, thankfully. The ride went real fast, and for some seconds i couldn't breath. The ride ended a minute or so later, and i got off, shaking. The people had took a picture of each row, and i saw myself and dad, and i looked so scared. I laughed i looked so funny. Maggie and Evelyn liked it so much they went on it ten times more in a row. Personally, i did NOT like the manta. Maybe i'll go on it again...someday later...like in a million years.
